What is a breach?

K
Written by Key stone

A breach occurs when a trader violates one or more of KeyStone Funded's Trading Rules or Terms of Service, whether during an evaluation or while managing a funded account.

Examples of breaches may include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceeding the maximum daily drawdown.

  • Exceeding the maximum overall drawdown.

  • Violating prohibited trading practices.

  • Breaking any rule outlined in the selected evaluation model or the Terms of Service.

When a breach occurs, the affected account is considered failed and is immediately disabled. Once an account has breached the rules, it cannot be restored or resumed.

To successfully complete your evaluation and maintain funded status, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable trading rules at all times.

If you're ever unsure whether a trading activity is permitted, we recommend contacting the KeyStone Funded Support Team before placing the trade.
