To promote disciplined risk management, KeyStone Funded applies a Maximum Single Trade Loss Rule to all Two Step Funded Accounts.
No individual trade may result in a loss greater than 2% of your initial account balance.
For risk assessment purposes, splitting a position into multiple entries, scaling into a trade, or using partial positions will still be treated as one single trading idea when determining compliance with this rule.
This policy applies exclusively to Two Step Funded Accounts and does not apply during the evaluation phases.
Example
If you have a $100,000 Funded Account, the maximum permitted loss on a single trade is $2,000.
Opening multiple positions on the same instrument as part of the same trading idea does not increase the allowable risk.
Violating the 2% Single Trade Loss Rule constitutes a hard breach and will result in the immediate termination of your funded account.
We strongly encourage all traders to apply responsible position sizing and professional risk management when managing funded capital.
